Natasun builds high‑tech, custom applications with Next.js and integrates AI to help clients deliver smarter products—often with bespoke dashboards/CRM and seamless API integrations. We also work with verified teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
We’re looking for a pragmatic Full‑Stack Developer who lives and breathes Next.js + TypeScript and can ship production‑ready features across the stack. You’ll build new product modules and internal tools, integrate third‑party APIs, and help us level up performance, reliability, and DX across projects that span custom apps, dashboards/CRM, and AI‑assisted workflows.
Ship scoped features and full vertical slices in Next.js (App Router) with strong TypeScript types and tests.
Build robust APIs in Node.js (REST/GraphQL), integrate third‑party services, and connect to client systems.
Implement dashboards/CRM modules (auth, roles/permissions, billing, analytics) and wire up data pipelines.
Integrate AI features where relevant (prompt/response flows, embeddings/vector search, content helpers).
Own quality: code reviews, automated tests (unit/e2e), observability, performance budgets, and accessibility.
Next.js (App Router, RSC, server actions), React 18, TypeScript.
Node.js runtime fundamentals; API design (REST/GraphQL).
Data layer: an ORM (e.g., Prisma), SQL (PostgreSQL) and/or MongoDB; caching (Redis).
Headless CMS experience (e.g., Sanity, Contentful, Strapi) and file/object storage.
Testing (Jest/Vitest, Playwright), CI/CD, and modern Git workflows.
Deployments on Vercel and/or AWS/GCP; environment/secrets management.
Solid UX instincts, accessibility basics, and performance profiling.
AI/LLM integration experience (OpenAI, Anthropic, vector DBs like pgvector/Pinecone).
Realtime (WebSockets, SSE), background jobs/queues.
Analytics/observability (PostHog, OpenTelemetry), feature flags, experimentation.
Payments (Stripe), email (Resend/SendGrid), auth (NextAuth/Auth.js).
Basic DevOps: Docker, infra‑as‑code, monitoring.
You’ll plug into small, verified teams and work in weekly iterations with crisp scopes and fast feedback. Most projects involve custom Next.js apps, dashboards/CRM, and API integrations; we scale from startup MVPs to enterprise builds.
Commission‑based, per‑project. Structure and percentage vary by project scope and your role (solo or within a verified team); exact terms are defined upfront for each engagement. Milestone‑based payouts.
